RGS Mini Lecture by Prof. Alexander Ludwig
Prof. Alexander Ludwig visited the Ruhr Graduate School in Economics (RGS Econ) on april 28 and June 2, 2016. He gave a RGS Mini-Lecture on "Heterogeneous Agent Models", focussing on the analytical and computational tools and methods needed to set up and solve macroeconomic models with heterogeneity. The course involved students' own computational projects in the field.
Prof. Ludwig holds a professorship at Goethe University Frankfurt and has published in high-ranked journals such as the Journal of Economic Theory, the Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control and the Journal of Monetary Economics.
The RGS Econ thanks Prof. Ludwig for his visit and highly appreciates his enthusiastic teaching style and his willingness to engage with students and their research questions.
